For brands / producers / suppliers
We import office equipment into Central and Eastern Europe and sell it: through our own e-shops, through the largest marketplaces in the region, and wholesale to the specialized resellers and biggest online retailers on our markets. If you produce interesting goods and need a partner to build your position here, let's talk.
We're here to make offices good places to work. Comfortable and efficient. At work and at home.
That's not a line we put on a wall. It's the filter we use when we decide what to bring into the region.
Who we are
Offia has been on the market since 2014. We're based in the Czech Republic, we run our own warehouse in Tábor, and we sell across Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.
We're not a marketplace seller flipping whatever happens to be available. We build brands in this region: we buy goods into our own stock, we carry the inventory risk, and we invest in making a brand findable and understood in four languages.
What we're looking for is a firm, long-term relationship. When we take a brand on, we're not planning one season. We're planning to still be selling it in five, ten or twenty years. Everything else follows from that: how we price, how much we put into content and campaigns, and how carefully we choose what we take on in the first place.
What we sell
Currently more than 1,000 products, in categories that share one thing: they decide whether a workspace is a pleasant and efficient place to be.
- Whiteboards, noticeboards, flipcharts and display cases
- Laminators, shredders, paper trimmers and binding equipment
- Ergonomic seating balance balls, active stools, office and conference chairs
- Height-adjustable desks and workspace accessories
- Presentation and meeting room technology
Brands we currently represent include HP (shredders, laminators and accessories only), Rocada, Olympia, Genie and VLUV.
If your product belongs in an office, a meeting room, breakroom or home office, it probably belongs in our catalogue.
Our markets
Czechia and Slovakia are our core. This is where our strongest channels are, where our warehouse sits, and where we can move a new brand fastest.
Hungary and Poland are our second tier. We run local-language e-shops on Offia.hu and Offia.pl (in progress) and we're actively growing both. Romania and several other countries are within our delivery reach.
Four markets, one warehouse, one partner, one contract. That's the point of working with a regional distributor instead of assembling four national ones.
How your products reach customers
This is usually the question that decides things, so here it is in full.
Our own e-shops
Offia.cz, Offia.sk, Offia.hu and Offia.pl (in progress) each in the local language, with our own content, SEO and campaigns behind it.
Regional marketplaces
We sell on Alza in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, and on Allegro in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.
These are not accounts we opened last month; they are established channels with volume behind them. For most foreign manufacturers, getting a brand listed and actually performing on Alza is often the hardest part of entering this region. We already did it.
Wholesale
We supply the largest online retailers on our markets, alongside specialist office-equipment sellers and suppliers to companies, schools and public administration. Our B2B customers include some of the strongest sellers in these categories in the region.
Dropshipping
We can ship directly to our partners' end customers from our own warehouse, including cash on delivery service in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Larger partners are connected to us by data integration EDI, API or XML so orders flow straight from their system into ours without anyone retyping anything. Smaller resellers simply order through our e-shop and get the same service. In practice that means a retailer can list and sell your products without holding a single unit of stock, which removes the main reason a new brand gets turned down.
Public sector and corporate buying
Schools, offices and public administration in this region buy through channels that need a local supplier with local invoicing and local terms. We are that supplier.
What we take on
We buy goods into our own stock. They go into our warehouse and onto our books. No consignment, no returning unsold stock to you at the end of the season (unless we agree differently).
We localise everything. Product names, descriptions, specifications, manuals and packaging texts in Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Polish written to sell, not machine-translated. Photography and additional content where what you supply isn't enough.
We build the product data. Feeds, categorisation, parameters and search terms, so your products are findable in local search and correctly listed everywhere they appear.
We market the brand. PPC, marketplace campaigns, newsletters, content and price comparison portals. Your brand gets visibility, not just shelf space.
We handle aftersales. Warranty claims and end-customer support are dealt with locally, in the customer's language. You deal with us, not with four markets' worth of end customers.
We keep stock and ship fast. Over 500 products in stock in Tábor. Orders placed by 13:00 on a working day ship the same day D+1 in Czechia, D+2 in Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.
The brands we're looking for
We're deliberately selective. A partnership makes sense if:
- You make products for office, meeting room, breakroom, workspace or home-office use furniture, technology, ergonomics, organisation, presentation
- Your product has a reason to exist: a real quality, design or functional advantage over what's already here
- You're a manufacturer, or the exclusive distributor for a brand with rights covering this region
- You don't yet have a distributor in Central and Eastern Europe or you have one and it isn't working
- You're thinking in years, not in one opening order
We're less of a fit for pure commodity goods competing only on price, and for brands already firmly established with an active partner in our markets.
What we ask in return
We'll ask for exclusivity for the markets we commit to because building a brand and then watching someone undercut it in the same market is a waste of everyone's money and effort. In exchange you get a partner who invests in your brand rather than just listing it.
We'll also want to agree on targets, a first-year plan and marketing support up front. We'd rather have that conversation before the first shipment than after it.
